Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish native singer. She was born on 25, December, 1954 in Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox was a student for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. Lennox's budget was increased with a student stipend and part-time work. Lennox felt that her skills weren't as good as those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative routes she could choose. Lennox played the flute in a 1976 band called Dragons Playground. The group broke up prior to their appearance as a guest on I.T.V's talents show New Faces. From 1977 to 1980, she was the singer-songwriter for The Tourists, a British pop group. She met Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo debut album Diva. The album was released in 1993. The album was a massive hit, both in terms of the sales as well as critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top blues, soul and jazz tracks. In addition in May 2019 Lennox published Lepidoptera an album of four piano pieces that she improvised. The E.P. Her first album"Now I'm Letting You go... In the following years, Lennox was joined by the band with fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox started her solo career in 1992 when she released the album of Diva, which featured a number of successful tracks like Why and walking on Broken Glass.
